The problem

Great events, scattered across seven websites

A business owner who wants to network in Western Mass has to check every chamber's calendar on its own. Most only follow one, so they miss the events next door. And when chambers co-host, the same event gets posted four separate times.

How it works

Nothing changes on your end

You keep running your calendar exactly the way you do now. ChamberLink reads it and does the rest.

You post events as usual

Keep using GrowthZone and your own website. No new logins, no double entry.

ChamberLink lists them

Your public events appear on one regional calendar and map, with times, venues and prices, kept up to date automatically.

People register with you

Every "Register" button goes to your own event page. Signups, payments and member data stay with your chamber.

What your chamber gets

More people at your events, at no cost

New faces from neighboring towns

Business owners who follow another chamber's calendar find your events too. Every one is a membership prospect.

A monthly referral report

See exactly how many people ChamberLink sent to your registration pages. Proof of value for your board.

Found by distance, not by website

Members search "within 15 miles of me" and see what's nearby, so your events show up for the people closest to them.

Co-hosted events promoted once

Multi-chamber events like the Jingle & Mingle show once, credited to every host chamber, instead of four separate posts.

Questions

Common questions from chambers

Does it cost our chamber anything?

No. ChamberLink is free for chambers, now and later. We plan to fund it through local sponsors, not through you or your members.

Do you need our member list or data?

No. We only show the events you already publish on your public calendar. Member records, registrations and payments stay in your own system.

Does it take attendees away from our site?

The opposite. Every listing links to your own event page, so people register with you. We just help more of them find you.

How do our events get on ChamberLink?

We read your public GrowthZone calendar automatically, so there's nothing new to learn. As a partner, you can also give us direct access for faster, cleaner updates.

Can we hide an event or fix a detail?

Yes. Tell us and it's changed the same day. Partners decide which of their events appear.

Who's behind ChamberLink?

Eric, founder of GrigCinema, a Western Mass marketing and video studio whose work has appeared on CBS, ESPN, CNN and in BusinessWest. ChamberLink is built locally, for local chambers.

Let's grab a coffee

ChamberLink is growing across Western Mass, and we're inviting the first chambers to help shape it before the public launch. Twenty minutes, your town, my treat. I'll show you the prototype with your events in it.
